重點研究方向：世界政黨研究，比較政治經濟🧑🏿🦲，中外政治製度，中外政治思想，中國政治，政黨建設與國家治理體系，公共政策與國家治理😾，政府創新與公共管理👼🏼，國際組織公共管理💁🏽♀️😫，全球治理與中國外交，宗教與國際關系👁🗨，國家統一理論模式，臺灣問題中的外部因素，國際公共政策🥵，國際關系和外交理論，大國關系🤚🏿，區域國別研究🌐🕺🏿。
二👩🌾、崗位基本要求
1、在海內外高校獲得博士學位3年以內或應屆博士研究生，以及從其他博士後科研流動站（工作站）出站的博士後研究人員🔙，年齡35歲以下，所學專業為政治學、國際關系👩❤️👩、公共管理等相關領域；
2🦎、具有紮實的理論基礎和較高的外語水平，具備較強的研究能力和敬業精神；
3、除承擔流動站的科研工作外，還需承擔沐鸣部分科研和教學任務；
4、表達溝通能力好，有合作精神🕵🏿♀️；
5🖍、具備全日製進站工作條件，不招收在職研究人員。本校博士畢業生不能進入本校同學科（一級學科）的流動站。
三📕🦍、相關福利待遇
1、薪酬待遇參照國家和沐鸣娱乐的相關標準，約10萬元/年；
2、如研究課題與沐鸣學科重點方向契合，沐鸣將提供一定的科研資助；
3🕜、提供博士後辦公場所🚣♂️；
4✩、住房、戶口等其他方面根據學校相關政策執行；
5、博士後工作一般為2年，博士後在站期間取得突出科研成果🦀，符合學校人才引進條件的🛺，有機會留校任教🍕。

Political Party Research; Comparative Political Economy; Chinese and Foreign Political System; Chinese and Foreign Political Thought; Chinese Politics; Political Party Building and Governance System, Public Policy and Governance; Government Innovation and public management; Management of International Organization; Global Governance and China’s Diplomacy; Religion and International Relations; Theoretical Model of National Unity; External Factors on Taiwan Issue; International Public Policy; International Relations and Diplomatic Theory; Relations between Major Powers; Regional Studies.
2. Basic Job Requirements
1) Fresh Ph.D who obtained the doctoral degree within three years or postdoctoral researchers from other post-doctoral research stations (workstations), who is under 35 and major in political science, international relations, public administration and other related fields. The one who has overseas study and research experience is preferred.
2) Solid theoretical foundation, high level of foreign language, strong research capability and professionalism.
3) Undertake research work as well as a part of teaching at school
4) Good communication skill and spirit of cooperation
5) Full-time stint working conditions and the Ph.D graduates from Fudan University cannot enter the same discipline (a subject) of the rover.
3. Welfare Benefits
1) Salary and startup research fund ￥100,000 each year
2) The excellent performer who has been audited by the relevant academic institutions after a two-year contract can obtain a teaching position at school
3) Postdoctoral research sites will be provided
4) Other aspects such as housing and residence permit will be implied according to the policies of school
